The present invention relates to a healthy bread with Hwangchil cream soboro and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, by filling the cream by securing a sufficient space inside the soboro bread, moisture evaporation can be prevented and the aging rate of the bread can be reduced. In addition, it relates to a healthy bread with Hwangchil Cream Sobo, which can provide a clean appearance and a harmonious texture, and improve the health of consumers by including beneficial ingredients of Hwangchil. According to the present invention, before baking soboro bread, a frozen cream cheese filling is put and baked in an oven to secure enough space inside the soboro bread so that a sufficient amount of cream can be contained. By preventing the evaporation of moisture in the bread, it can not only reduce the aging rate of bread, but also provide a neat appearance and a harmonious texture, and promote the health of consumers by including the beneficial ingredients of Hwangchil.
