The stacked neuromorphic device includes a logic die and a plurality of neuromorphic core dies and a plurality of through silicon vias. The logic die communicates with an external host. The neuromorphic core dies are stacked on the logic die. The through silicon vias penetrate through the neuromorphic core dies. Each of the neuromorphic core dies is connected to a plurality of row lines and a plurality of column lines, stores weights included in a plurality of layers constituting a neural network system, and stores the weights and input data. It includes a synapse array including a plurality of synapses that perform an operation based on. The logic die includes a control circuit. The control circuit provides the weights to the neuromorphic core dies through the through silicon vias, and controls data transmission between the neuromorphic core dies.
