In addition to the antifungal activity against Didymella sp., a new blight plant pathogen of fern, a microorganism of the genus Bacillus having an effect of promoting plant growth, and an environmentally friendly microbial preparation using the same are provided. The present invention provides a novel microorganism Bacillus subtilis JG46 (accession number: KACC92271P) strain and a microbial preparation using the same.
