In a treatment in which oxaliplatin is administered intravenously to a human cancer patient and then canceled as one cycle, and this is repeated, as a drug for reducing symptoms and/or suppressing the onset of peripheral nerve disorders by oxaliplatin, in each cycle of treatment. The above medicament containing thrombomodulin as an active ingredient for intravenous administration of thrombomodulin 0.06 mg/kg once per cycle on the first day.
