Disclosed in the present disclosure are a control method and device for an air conditioner, a computer-readable storage medium, and an air conditioner, the method comprising: acquiring a target temperature of an air conditioner and indoor ambient temperature of the environment in which the air conditioner belongs, and/or acquiring target humidity of the air conditioner and indoor ambient humidity of the environment in which the air conditioner belongs, and/or acquiring the position of a human body in the environment in which the air conditioner belongs; and according to an operation mode of the air conditioner, the temperature difference between the target temperature and the indoor ambient temperature, the humidity difference between the target humidity and the indoor ambient humidity, and/or the position of the human body, controlling the means of air supply of the air conditioner by adjusting the fan rotational direction of a counter-rotary axial flow fan assembly of the air conditioner, the number of started fans and/or the fan rotational speed. The solution of the present disclosure can solve the problem in which temperature distribution in a room is uneven due to a floor standing air conditioner having a single air supply mode, and achieves the effect of improving the evenness of temperature distribution in the room.
