PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection image synthesizing device, an inspection image synthesizing system, an inspection image synthesizing method, and a program that can specify, in a shorter time, an overlapping portion of a plurality of images photographed for visual inspection.;SOLUTION: An inspection image synthesizing device includes: an image information acquisition unit that acquires a photographed image and photographing position information from a photographing device that scans a surface of an inspection object and photographs at constant time intervals; a movement amount calculation unit that calculates, from the photographing position information for each of images adjacent in time series, a movement amount between the images; a search range setting unit that calculates a range of overlapping pixels between the images adjacent in time series based on the movement amount, and sets a range as a search range in template matching; and an image synthesizing unit that performs template matching in the search range to specify the range of overlapping pixels between the images, and synthesizes a panoramic image in which the specified range of pixels is overlapped.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
