The present application relates to the technical field of big data, and disclosed therein are a method and apparatus for aligning entities of a knowledge graph, a device, and a storage medium. A PR algorithm is used to calculate a similarity value between entities, and entity alignment is performed on the basis of the similarity value between the entities, thus increasing the efficiency of entity alignment as well as the accuracy of entity alignment. The method in the present application comprises: acquiring entities of two knowledge graphs to be fused; according to the entities of the two knowledge graphs, generating an entity pair to be aligned; on the basis of the entity pair, generating a pairing graph of the two knowledge graphs; on the basis of the pairing graph, using a PR algorithm to calculate a similarity value of the entity pair; and according to the similarity value of the entity pair, performing entity alignment.
