A graphene-metamaterial absorber, which is composed of graphene and a metamaterial absorber. The metamaterial absorber is composed by forming several single absorbers into an array structure; and each single absorber is composed of a three-layer structure of a bottom layer, an intermediate medium and a top layer; the bottom layer is made of aluminum, the intermediate medium is made of high-resistance silicon, and the top layer is made of gold. The application of the graphene-metamaterial absorber in the detection of antibiotics breaks through the bottlenecks of the traditional antibiotic detection methods such as a complex sample pretreatment process, a long analysis cycle, the large consumption of organic solvents, and high requirements for the professional ability of an operator, which are not convenient for grassroots promotion and use. The graphene-metamaterial absorber is used as a carrier so that rapid and non-destructive antibiotic concentration characterization may be achieved.
