Disclosed are a beam expanding collimator (1) based on a square block structure, and a light path adjusting device and adjusting method therefor. The beam expanding collimator (1) based on a positioning square block (11) comprises a positioning square block (11), a point light source (12), and a lens (13), wherein a bottom surface of the positioning square block (11) is a plane and is provided with at least one positioning side surface, the point light source (12) is installed on an upper surface, the point light source (12) is located on a focal plane of the lens (13), and the lens (13) is fixed to the positioning square block (11) by means of a lens frame (14). The light path adjusting device comprises a bottom plate (2), a side surface leaning body (3), and a light target (4) or a reflecting mirror (5); and the light target (4) or the reflecting mirror (5) is provided with a horizontal bottom surface (41, 51) and a positioning side surface (42, 52) perpendicular to a target surface (43) or a mirror surface (53). The light path adjusting method comprises the steps of: fixing a point light source (12) at a set position on a positioning square block (11); adjusting a lens (13) to a required position by taking a light spot on a light target (4) or reflected light of a reflecting mirror (5) as a reference; and fixing the lens (13) and the positioning square block (11) by using a lens frame (14).
