An electron-beam bunch storage ring (100). The electron-beam bunch storage ring (100) comprises several deflection structures (110) and several straight line segments (120) connected to the deflection structures (110); the deflection structures (110) and the straight line segments (120) jointly form an annular structure suitable for the continuous surrounding operation of an electron-beam bunch; in an operation direction of electron beams, each of the deflection structures (110) is sequentially provided with a front-end matching segment (116), a front-end matching unit (118), several main units (112) arranged on one another successively, a rear-end matching unit (119) and a rear-end matching segment (122). Magnets in the electron-beam bunch storage ring (100) are properly arranged, such that the integral values of the dispersion functions of all the dipole magnets (B1, Bm) outside a matching unit (114) are zero. Furthermore, the dispersion functions and derivative values thereof at an inlet of the front-end matching unit (118) and at an outlet of the rear-end matching unit (119) are zero, and derivative values of the dispersion functions at junctions of the dipole magnets (B1, Bm) of adjacent main units (112) are zero.
