A fluxing agent adding control system and method based on ultraviolet Raman spectroscopy, relating to the technical field of coal gasification control. The system comprises a coal ash sampler (1), a coal ash sample feeder (2), an ultraviolet Raman spectrometer (3), a Raman spectrum analyzer (4), a server (5), and a fluxing agent feeder (6). After the coal ash sampler (1) performs sampling, the coal ash sample feeder (2) delivers the sample to the ultraviolet Raman spectrometer (3) for on-line detection to generate a ultraviolet spectrum; the Raman spectrum analyzer (4) is used for analyzing the obtained ultraviolet spectrum; the server (5) generates a fluxing agent adding amount adjustment strategy in real time on the basis of data obtained by the analysis; the fluxing agent feeder (6) determines a fluxing agent feeding amount according to the fluxing agent adding amount adjustment strategy transmitted by the server (5) for adding. Online real-time control of fluxing agent adding can be implemented, normal slag coverage on a water-cooled membrane wall of a gasifier is achieved, and safe and stable operation of the gasifier for a long time is ensured. The invention can be widely applied and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
