A method for quantifying a protein based on a Raman spectroscopy signal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting an antibody Raman signal; detecting an antigen-antibody complex Raman signal; calculating the similarity between the antibody Raman signal and the antigen-antibody complex Raman signal; and outputting a protein level according to the calculated similarity.
