PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel metal-organic structure, an electrode for a power storage device, a power storage device, and a method for manufacturing the metal-organic structure. SOLUTION: A metal organic structure has a transition to an organic skeleton layer containing a heterocyclic compound having 4,4'-bipyridinium and a dicarboxylic acid anion, and a transition metal element coordinates to form a skeleton.
