PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer arm band and a method for controlling the sphygmomanometer arm band. The sphygmomanometer armband includes a cuff and a clamp, the clamp includes an arc-shaped clamp, a first arc-shaped force and a second arc-shaped clamp, and the arc-shaped clamp is elastically clamped in the cuff. The first arc-shaped force portion and the second arc-shaped force portion are installed outside the arc-shaped grip portion, respectively, and control the gap between the relative ends of the arc-shaped grip portion through the force. As a result, the convenience of operation at the time of blood pressure measurement and the improvement of the accuracy of the blood pressure measurement result are achieved.
