PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customer service in order to promote purchasing behavior after visiting a store. A customer management system includes a server that manages a customer database that stores attribute information of the customer for each customer, and a terminal owned by a customer service person. The server includes a detection means, a determination means, and a notification means. The terminal is provided with a notification means. The detection means detects the visit of the customer. The determination means determines whether or not customer service is necessary based on the attribute information of the customer whose visit is detected by the detection means. The notification means notifies the terminal of the customer's visit when it is determined by the determination means that the customer needs to be served.
