PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service management system that suppresses the occurrence of a damage to a customer.SOLUTION: A customer terminal 20, a server device 10, and an operator terminal 40 are connected together through a network. The customer terminal 20 comprises: a photographing unit (camera 236) for photographing a customer; and an image analysis unit for analyzing an image photographed by the photographing unit to generate analysis information. The server device 10 comprises: a notification determination unit for determining whether or not to transmit caution information to the operator terminal 40 on the basis of the analysis information; and a server communication unit for accepting the analysis information from the customer terminal and, when the notification determination unit determines to transmit the caution information, transmitting the caution information to the operator terminal 40. The operator terminal 40 comprises an operator terminal display unit for displaying a customer service screen which shows the caution information accepted from the server device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
