A rotatable spatula (31) used under an endoscope, comprising a first handle (11) and a sliding handle (12) slidably provided on the first handle (11). A sheath tube (15) is provided at the front end of the first handle (11); a core shaft (13) penetrates through the sheath tube (15) and can move forwards and backwards in the sheath tube (15); one end of the core shaft (13) is connected to the sliding handle (12), and the other end of the core shaft (13) is fixed with the spatula (31); by moving the sliding handle (12) forwards and backwards, the spatula (31) is driven to extend out of and retract from the front end of the sheath tube (15). The sliding handle (12) is pushed and pulled to drive the core shaft (13) to move forwards and backwards; the core shaft (13) drives the spatula (31) to move forwards and backwards so as to scrape gastric juice; after the spatula (31) scrapes gastric juice, the sliding handle (12) is pulled to move backwards so as to make the spatula (31) extend into the sheath tube (15); the inner wall of the sheath tube (15) may play a certain role in sealing the gastric juice in the spatula (31), so that the gastric juice in the spatula (31) is prevented from leaking and flowing into a digestive tract, thereby realizing the functions of extracting gastric antrum and gastric juice on a gastric body under the endoscope, and collecting the gastric juice and a tissue.
