Disclosed is a breast three-dimensional (3D) point cloud reconstruction method. The method comprises: obtaining 2D images and 3D point clouds under different visual angles; performing feature extraction and feature matching on the 2D image under each visual angle to obtain a plurality of 2D matching point pairs; obtaining 3D matching point pairs according to the 2D matching point pairs, and calculating coordinate transformation of the 3D matching point pairs to obtain a transformation matrix of every two 3D point clouds having overlapped regions; calculating a full-view transformation matrix according to the transformation matrix; and transforming, according to the full-view transformation matrix, the 3D point clouds under all visual angles of a breast region into the same base coordinate system to generate a complete 3D point cloud of the breast region. According to the technical solution of the present application, offline calibration and online reconstruction can be rapidly performed on the views of a breast region under multiple different photographing visual angles, so as to obtain 3D space information of the whole surface of the breast region, thereby providing a basis for subsequent scanning and inspection trajectory planning.
