At least two outgoing routers of the service provider core network of the virtual private network are configured as anycast transport nodes. The same logical IP and interior label are assigned to the outgoing routers. The same service label is assigned to each other for the virtual private network serviced by each of the two outgoing routers constituting the anycast transport node or for the private path of the virtual private network.
