The utility model relates to aqua vending machines, i.e. to water vending machines by automatically controlled delivery of water from a common tank to a container (container) of the buyer of water. The technical problem lies in the need to create an outdoor aqua vending apparatus that is resistant to the processes of icing of elements in contact with overflowing water during the winter period of operation. The technical result consists in creating a property consisting in excluding the possibility of icing of critical components of the device during its operation outdoors in winter conditions by heating the bottom of the loading chamber using a heating device connected to the bottom and natural convective heat transfer from the heated bottom to the grate table through the air between the bottom and the specified table to ensure a positive temperature of the overflowing water collected in a special container. The device is a drinking water filling chamber 1, containing the left 2, right 3 and rear 4 vertical walls, as well as the cover 5 and the bottom 6. In the upper part of the chamber 1 there is a pipe 7 for filling drinking water. In the bottom 6 of the chamber 1, a drain pipe 8 is installed. In addition, with its open (front) part, the chamber 1 is installed with the help of bends 9 made with holes on the front shield 10 of the body of the aqua vending machine from the inner side of this shield, in which a window is made 11 for the access of the purchaser of water to the specified chamber through its open part. The device also contains a lattice table 18, installed on the bottom of the chamber detachably and with a gap δ, ensuring the passage of overflowing water through this gap into the drain pipe 8. In this case, the bottom 6 is made with the possibility of heating it from its lower side using a heating element located under this bottom, and the chamber in its lower part is made to form a container 13 for overflowing water. 8 ill.
