Provided herein are methods of treating follicular lymphoma (FL) in a subject showing early disease progression after immunochemotherapy using a phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. In certain embodiments, the method comprises treating FL in a subject showing disease progression within 24 months after initiating first or subsequent immunochemotherapy with a phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. .
