METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING STANNOUS HALIDE/LEAD SOLUTION AND APPLICATION

A method for synthesizing a stannous halide/lead solution and application in the preparation of photoelectric devices. Elemental tin or lead and elemental halogen are added into a polar solvent at a molar ratio of 1:1 or above, and stirring is performed to form a tin source compound; and an organic-inorganic source compound and an additive are added into the tin source compound, and heating and stirring are performed to obtain a stannous halide/lead solution. The stannous halide/lead solution is cooled and filtered, and then a tin/lead halide perovskite active layer is prepared in a spin-coating process, a spraying process, a blade-coating process, a printing process or a roll-to-roll process. Stannous iodide is prepared in a solution process; synthesis is achieved only in one step; the yield is high; heating and purification are not needed; the labor cost and energy loss are reduced; commercialization of a perovskite device is promoted. Moreover, a stannous iodide solution prepared contains excessive tin powder, so that oxidation of stannous iodide can be inhibited, and prolonged use can be achieved.
