Problem to be solved: to provide a system and method for preventing operation and gambling in an electronic data auction.The system acquires an order related to the asset from the electronic transaction system.The system identifies the price for the asset that will be used between the internal auction involving the asset.The identified price is based on the detected order cross in the order.Prices are identified and set before the original auction.Price is located within the best bid and best offer spread (BBO) bands.The system starts an internal auction involving an identification based on the set price and the detected order cross.Changes to BBO bands during intra day auction do not affect identification and set prices.Diagram
