Estimation method for functional dependence of reliability indexes on the operation time in radio electronic systems

摘要

The summary — Dynamics o f change o f reliability o f radio-electronic means in time essentially depends on climatic factors, an electromagnetic situation and factors of wear and equipment aging. The method, allowing to estimate dynamics of change of reliability through definition of a look and parameters of function of density of distribution of defining parameters of equipment is offered. Method application for search of regularity of change in time of parameter of a stream of refusals of equipment is shown.
