To provide novel forms as anti-cancer agents of naturally present Newcastle disease virus (NDV), which is used in clinical trials as an immunotherapy and virotherapy biological preparation, and to provide methods of use for treating neoplasms.SOLUTION: Provided is an attenuated Newcastle disease virus comprising an F protein cleavage site (S116) derived from glycoprotein B (gB) of cytomegalovirus (CMV), which exerts oncolytic properties while being non-pathogenic (long latency) for poultry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
