A brazing sheet (10) used in a heat exchanger according to the present invention is provided with a core material (11) composed of an aluminum alloy, a brazing material layer (12), and a sacrificial positive electrode material layer (13) containing zinc, and has a joint surface (10a) constituting a joint portion (21) and a non-joint adjacent surface (10b) adjacent to the joint surface (10a). The joint surface (10a) is defined by joining the sacrificial positive electrode material layers (13). A fillet (22) is formed at a portion between the non-joint adjacent surfaces (10b) and adjacent to the joint surface (10a). This sacrificial positive electrode material contains zinc in the range of 0.5-6.0 mass% and silicon in the range of 3.0-11 mass%, both this brazing material and this sacrificial positive electrode material contain no copper, and the core material contains copper in the range of 0.3-1.2 mass%.
