The present invention relates to a method of editing a gene of a plant that is difficult to transform by using a CRISPR/Cas9 expressing plant and a gRNA expressing plant, and the target gene editing method of the plant of the present invention is in a plant that is difficult or not transformed. Since the target gene can be edited, it can be usefully used in the development of new plant materials.
