The separation of the penis skin together with the adjacent fleshy shell from the Buck fascia is performed. Mobilization of the urethral site on the glans penis is continued. It is tubularized on an age-related diameter catheter from the native meatus to the top of the glans penis. In this case, the suture line on the formed artificial urethra is covered with an applicator with a layer of human fibrin glue prepared immediately before use, and after its polymerization, the glans of the penis and the skin of the penis trunk are plasticized directly over the fibrin glue membrane. ;EFFECT: method allows reducing the time of the operation and traumatization of the penis tissues, thereby improving the surgical results of treatment of hypospadias, reducing the number of postoperative complications such as urethral fistula.;1 cl, 2 ex, 6 dwg
