FIELD: medicine; pediatric urology; andrology.;SUBSTANCE: formation of the missing section of the urethral tube is carried out with its output to the top of the glans penis. The skin and the glans penis are restored by cutting out a flap from the inner lobe of the foreskin with its subsequent moving to the ventral surface and closing the urethra and the defect between the wings of the glans penis, and applying one seam to the glans penis, forming the meatus. In this case, the marginal pointed flaps are cut out on both sides of the inner lobe of the foreskin by a V-shaped incision. The incision is circularly continued on the ventral surface of the penis, as in Fig.2 pos.1, two parallel incisions are made from the meatus up, and then along the “wings” of the glans penis, a neourethra is formed and covered with a fleshy shell from the ventral surface of the penis. The defect between is closed between the wings of the glans penis with marginal flaps, which are fixed to the glans penis and sewed together, forming an artificial fan-shaped frenulum. ;EFFECT: method allows restoring the skin and the anatomical shape of the glans penis, to form them into a stretchable in width artificial frenulum to prevent stenosis, secondary fistulas of the neourethra and normalize the act of urination.;1 cl, 2 ex, 7 dwg
