[PROBLEM] Provision of a storage device capable of ensuring sealability by means of a floating seal and dispensing with an additional supply of lubricant over a long period of time, and a construction machine equipped with it.[SOLUTION] A storage device (30) consists of a section (42) with a large diameter, which is provided on a wave (36) and regulates an axial position of a collar (37) relative to the wave (36). The storage device (30) has the following characteristics: a warehouse (39),which keeps the shaft (36) rotating in a position outside the lead section (32) and a cylindrical bearing element (38),which is opposite to the opposite section (45) of the collar (37) at one end. The storage device (30) includes a floating seal (53) to seal a lubricant placed between the opposite section (45) of the collar (37) and the one end of the storage element (38). The storage device (30) includes a mounting element (57),which is mounted from the other end of the bearing element (38) at the end of the shaft (36) and is configured to regulate the axial position of the bearing (38) relative to the shaft (36).
