Control system for a construction machine containsa design surface detection unit set up to capture a design surface indicating a target form of a design target;a control data capture unit set up to capture control data of a control device operating a work equipment and a swivel body;a target value production unit set up to produce a target value of an amount of control related to the tilting of a tilting shovel and a target value of an amount of control of the tilting body based on the operating data to be obtained, when the work equipment and the impactor are operated, and the design surface,a prediction unit set up to calculate a predictive value of the amount of control in relation to the tilting of the tilting shovel and a predictive value of the amount of control in relation to the tilting of the tilting body on the basis of the target values and a predictive model for the construction machine, and which is designed to calculate, on the basis of the forecasts and the design surface, controls for the control of the work equipment and the impactor in order to maintain a distance from a predetermined section of the impactor to the design surface and a position of the impactor; anda command unit set up to issue control orders for the control of the work equipment and body based on the controls.
