Systems and methods for facilitating capital markets funding include maintaining a database of information corresponding to a plurality of credit unions, fields of membership for the credit unions, share certificate orders, and depositor LLCs associated with the share certificate orders. The fields of membership are categorized and credit unions interested in participating in a capital markets offering are identified. Some of the fields of membership may be modified to allow the depositor LLCs to become members of the participating credit unions. Confirmed share certificate orders are logged and share certificates are associated with corresponding participating credit unions. Data relating to each share certificate is tracked for the life of the share certificate.
