Evaluating module for company sale credit and company sale credit securitization system having the same

The present invention provides a company sale credit evaluating module and a company sale credit securitization system including the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the company sale credit evaluating module calculates a purchase amount of company sale credit issued for providing a product or a service of a seller for securitization of the company sale credit. The company sale credit evaluating module comprises: a procurement cost calculation unit to calculate procurement costs corresponding to opportunity costs of a purchaser of the company sale credit; a credit cost calculation unit to calculate credit costs corresponding to an amount expected to incur as loss within a prescribed period when retaining the company sale credit; and a sale credit evaluating unit to subtract securitization costs including the procurement costs and the credit costs from a balance of the company sale credit to calculate the purchase amount of the company sale credit. The procurement costs and the credit costs are considered to reasonably calculate the purchase amount of the company sale credit to assist in securitization of the company sale credit of the seller.
