PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proposal apparatus, a proposal method and a proposal program capable of proposing an appropriate insurance product to a user.;SOLUTION: A proposal apparatus according to the present application includes a selection unit and a proposal unit. The selection unit selects an insurance product in which a user can contract based on user's genetic information.
