This alignment unit (1000) for aligning a plurality of weight detectors that are installed below casters (CT) of a bed (BD) and detect weight comprises: a plurality of base parts (11, 11') installed on the floor where the bed is to be placed; and connecting parts (20a, 20b, 30) for connecting the plurality of base parts. Each of the plurality of base parts comprises: main body parts (111, 111') that have receiving sections for respectively receiving the plurality of weight detectors; and sloped parts (112, 112') for guiding the caster to the weight detectors inside the receiving parts. The sloped parts are attachable to and detachable from the main body parts.
