PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing taste improving sheet capable of satisfactorily reproducing a writing taste when writing on paper with a ballpoint pen. A writing taste improving sheet 1 including a base material 11 and a writing taste improving layer 12 with which a touch pen comes into contact, and having a diameter of 0.5 mm with respect to a surface of the writing taste improving layer 12 with which the touch pen comes into contact. After contacting the pen tip of the touch pen having a pen tip, a load of 200 g is applied to the touch pen, and the speed of the touch pen is 1 while maintaining the angle between the touch pen and the surface at 45 °. The maximum value of the frictional force generated between the pen tip and the surface, measured between the point where the sliding distance is 10 mm and the point where the sliding distance is 100 mm when sliding linearly at 6. mm / sec.
