An anti-contamination mycobacterium tuberculosis culture tube, comprising an inner culture tube (1), a tube cover (7), and a sealing pile (12). An outer tube (2) is fixed on an outer surface of the inner culture tube (1), and a feed tube (5) is provided on an upper surface of the outer tube (2). An isolation plate (4) is fixed inside the inner culture tube (1). The tube cover (7) is mounted above the feed tube (5). A handle (9) is fixed on the side surface of the tube cover (7). A gasket (8) is attached to an inner surface of the tube cover (7). A blocking pile (10) is mounted below the gasket (8). The sealing pile (12) is mounted at an inner side of the isolation plate (4). A screw (13) is fixed on a lower end surface of the sealing pile (12). The main feature of the anti-contamination mycobacterium tuberculosis culture tube is that the horizontal design is used for the inner culture tube (1), so that the nutrient solution inside the inner culture tube (1) can be uniformly distributed without the excessive accumulation of the nutrient solution and the sparse nutrient solution. The isolation plate (4) equally divides the inner culture tube (1) into two groups so as to perform a plurality of experiments using one culture tube, which makes it convenient to make experiments and compare, and has a relatively comprehensive structure for preventing external bacterial contamination.
