A screw (13) is fixed on a lower end surface of the sealing pile (12). The main feature of the anti-contamination mycobacterium tuberculosis culture tube is that the horizontal design is used for the inner culture tube (1), so that the nutrient solution inside the inner culture tube (1) can be uniformly distributed without the excessive accumulation of the nutrient solution and the sparse nutrient solution.
