A carbon fiber composite copper-tungsten alloy material and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. By the total mass of the carbon fiber composite copper-tungsten alloy material, the carbon fiber composite copper-tungsten alloy material consists of the following components: 0.002-0.2% of carbon fibers and 18-22% of Cu, the balance being tungsten and inevitable impurities. By optimizing the content of carbon fibers, and by using a high specific surface area of the carbon fibers, the problem wettability of the interface between the carbon fibers and a metal matrix is solved, thereby improving the thermal conductivity and strength of the carbon fiber composite copper-tungsten alloy material, reducing costs, and simplifying the process.
