PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaly zinc powder-containing composition capable of sufficiently exhibiting both anticorrosion performance and whiteness in a coating film. SOLUTION: The composition contains a scaly zinc powder and a dispersant, and the dispersant contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a barium compound, a titanium compound and silica, and the composition is dispersed.
