The present invention relates to a composition for cryopreservation of semen of a canine animal comprising exosomes derived from a conditioned medium of mesenchymal stem cells as an active ingredient. Since it has an excellent effect of improving motility, survival rate, stability of sperm membranes, and ability to pass through mucus, it may be usefully used in in vitro breeding techniques for species improvement or preservation of pedigree of canine animals.
