The present invention relates to a canine sperm cryopreservation composition comprising mesenchymal stem cell as an active ingredient. Since a cryopreservation agent with Ad-MSCs of the present invention can be used in the cryopreservation of the canine sperm due to an excellent survivor and motility effect of the canine sperm, thereby using various ways such as artificial insemination and then being useful for breeding and variety improvement of canine.
