To improve prediction accuracy of an acoustic feature amount since an outlier does not occur.SOLUTION: A speech synthesizer 10 comprises a CPU, and the CPU learns a continuous length DNN and an acoustic feature amount DNN on the basis of voice corpus and generates the constructed continuous length DNN and the acoustic feature amount DNN into a synthesized speech corresponding to a text of a free sentence. A language feature amount based on the text used in learning is normalized by taking a ratio of an associated attribute in terms of language by using only a value in one speech. The language feature amount based on the text synthesized when the synthesized speech is generated is similarly normalized. Thus, an outlier does not occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
