PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station service auxiliary server capable of improving convenience for a station service staff, and a station service auxiliary system and a station service auxiliary method.SOLUTION: A station service auxiliary server 100 includes: a communication part 102; a determination part 112; and a communication control part 114. The communication part communicates with a plurality of terminal devices used by station service staffs of a plurality of stations. The determination part determines a utilization plan of a train by a passenger requiring help when using a railway within a boarding section designating by one of the plurality of terminals on the basis of diagram information of the train. The communication control part transmits, by using the communication part, information indicating that the passenger gets off to a terminal device used by a station service staff of a station at which the passenger is going to get off in the utilization plan determined by the determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
