The present invention relates to an injection-type PSMA derivative hydrogel using click chemistry, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for forming a gel in vivo using the same, wherein the injection-type PSMA hydrogel of the present invention is a desired position in the body through crosslinking using a click chemistry reaction. Hydrogel formation occurs rapidly in the body, maintains stability for a long time in the body and has excellent biocompatibility, so it can be used as a filler for improving wrinkles, cells, genes, proteins, and carriers for drug delivery.
