The present invention relates to a portable smart glasses wearable device and a control method therefor. Said device comprises a glasses main body, a power supply circuit, a communication circuit, an angular velocity detection circuit, an electrooculogram signal acquisition circuit and an electrooculogram signal processing circuit; the glasses main body comprises a first rim and a second rim, a bridge and a first temple and a second temple; the first temple and the second temple are provided with a first temple tip and a second temple tip, respectively; the electrooculogram signal acquisition circuit comprises an upper acquisition electrode provided on an upper border of each of the first rim and the second rim, a lower acquisition electrode provided on a side border of each of the first rim and the second rim, a second electrode provided on the bridge, and a sixth electrode and a seventh electrode provided on the first temple tip and the second temple tip, respectively; the second electrode, the sixth electrode and the seventh electrode are electrically connected to each other and are all electrically connected to a common ground of the electrooculogram signal processing circuit; and the electrooculogram signal processing circuit and the power supply circuit are respectively provided inside a first fixing portion or a second fixing portion. Implementing the present invention can realize human-machine interaction of a portable wearable device having a strong anti-interference capability.
