[Solution] The device for controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle according to the present disclosure is provided with: a first position information acquisition unit for acquiring position information for a terminal provided to a landing site, the position information being obtained by means of a position information sensor provided to the terminal; a second position information acquisition unit for acquiring position information for an aerial vehicle; a landing site position prediction unit for predicting the position of the landing site at a point in time after a reference time, on the basis of a history of the position information for the terminal up until the reference time; and a landing position determination unit for determining, on the basis of the position information for the aerial vehicle and information pertaining to the predicted position of the landing site at the point in time after the reference time, the position at which to land the aerial vehicle on the landing site.
