The present invention relates to a sound outputting jump rope and a sound outputting jump rope system comprising same, the sound outputting jump rope being composed of a jump rope and handles connected to both ends of the jump rope, and comprising: a control unit provided in the handles; a sensor unit, which is connected to the control unit, senses the use of the jump rope and transmits the sensed result to the control unit; a speaker which is connected to the control unit and which is provided in the handles; and sound data which is stored in a storage unit connected to the control unit, wherein data sensed by the sensor unit when the jump rope is used is transmitted to the control unit, and scale sound according to sensing data is outputted through the speaker.
