PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided sliding bearing having a restoration function with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The sliding support 1 of the present invention includes a first sliding plate 10 fixed to an upper structure, a second sliding plate 11 fixed to a lower structure, a first sliding plate and a second sliding plate. The first sliding material 20 and the second sliding material which are fixed to both the upper and lower sides of the supporting body 30 arranged between the two and have a sliding surface with respect to the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate, respectively. The first sliding plate and the second sliding plate are provided with 21, and the surfaces sliding with the first sliding material and the second sliding material are composed of concave conical inclined surfaces 10a and 11a, respectively, and the first sliding material. The second sliding material is composed of convex conical inclined surfaces 20a and 21a whose surfaces sliding with the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate, respectively.
