PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize adjustment of a moving speed of a moving body. A drive circuit generates a first drive signal applied to one end of a piezoelectric element that expands and contracts in response to an application of a voltage, and a second drive signal applied to the other end of the piezoelectric element. In particular, in the drive circuit, the amplitude ratio of the first waveform of the first frequency included in the vibration waveform of the piezoelectric element and the second waveform having a frequency twice the first frequency becomes a predetermined value. A first drive signal and a second drive signal having different phase relationships are generated. The present disclosure can be applied to linearly driven piezoelectric actuators.
