Cutting and slicing potatoes, apples, cucumbers, &c.-A device to be attached to a knife blade for use in peeling, slicing, &c. consists of a metal bar a, Fig. 1, having clips formed by metal tongues at its ends. A projection d on the bar serves for removing eyes and spots. Fig. 2 shows front and side views of a modification.
